I launched Leveraging Leaders in 2011 to help more social impact leaders stick with it and continue to learn and develop. As a school founder and organizational leader myself, I know both the unbridled joys and complex challenges of leading, and how critical my ongoing learning was to my long-term sustainabiliy.
And over the past 15 years, as our engagements have expanded to include broader transformations of social impact organizations and systems, we're consistently reminded of the authentic power of collaboration and community.
